Easter Reverie
I'm on easter break now and I've all that I've done since the break is watch a bunch of goofy teenagers with their Mexican friend in a 70s comedy show.
I got back from Shrewsbury last Friday. I don't care what Lilian says, Shrewsbury is... small. On top of that, every single place in Shrewsbury is named after Charles Darwin. Darwin Library, Darwin Hospital, Darwin Museum, Darwin's Kebab House, Darwin's Fish and Chips; Darwin was EVERYWHERE! Turn left, you'll see Darwin's face plastered on the wall. Turn right, a potrait of darwin on the wall. Well, at least now I know Darwin was not from America.
You know what I need right now? I need a good movie to watch. Something inspiring and unpredictable. Not a spoof/slapstick comedy, or an underdog turned champion movie, or a low budget horror film.
I need a good story. I need a retarded man who could change the world by running non stop for a few years of his life or a doctor who believed that humour is the best medicine in the world.
Btw, I have to write a "Letter from Abroad" by the end of this week. Honestly, I've no clue what to write about. There's not much or nothing at all.
I know I've said that I won't miss kolo mee. I'd like to take that back right now.
http://www.myspace.com/themorningofrockGood band with a good sound. I don't know why I keep relating them to High School Musical. Despite that, I really like them. There's a girl in the band which is always good, regardless of if there was a band or not. ;)
