All in love, with stolen hearts
Valentine's Day. A day which is heavily associated with "love".
"Love" is a myth which, if it is real, would start off something like this:-
There is a guy.
He is right here and he must admit he has been pinning for her. She is his wish and when he touches himself he conjours her. From when they talk all night and the minutes are free, he just hopes when he casts his spell she'll be falling for him.
He asked her, "Would you believe me if I told you that I'm surfacing for one thieving moment to steal your heart?"
He added, "I will never let you fall. I'll stand up with you forever. I'll be there for you through it all. Even if saving you sends me to heaven."
The girl couldn't resist his charm. They got together. The boy was delighted obviously. Everyday he would sing, "Girlfriend now. I have a girlfriend now! No way, no how. How'd I get a girlfriend now?"
Unfortunately for them, the boy has to leave home. This means they would have to be separated by oceans and mountains.
So, the boy told her, "Please save this for me. I'll come back for you like I promise to. Please take this for me. For until I return, my love will burn and my heart will stay."
And just as you'd expect, they broke up. The boy can't help but think about, "....all we were, all were all we could have been, me and her. All we had, now I see it's not coming back..."
The boy came to me for advice. I told him that he'll be just fine, pretending he's not. He's far from lonely and it's all that he's got.
I told him that fate is an elegent, cold-hearted whore. She loves salting his wounds and enjoys nothing more. He bleeds confidence from deep within his guts now and that he's the king of this pity party with his jewel encrusted crown.
Now all those feelings, those yesterday's feelings will all be lost in time. But today you've wasted away, for today is on your mind.
Happy Valentine's Day.
