I learnt today, the disadvantages of Economy Class seats for MAS is not only the the cramped space, lousier meal, the absence of the blue pillow, as compared to the Business Class seats.

When you go to the MAS office, the counters would attend to the Business Class people first.

Lesson learnt. Accompanied with 3 red love letters from DBKS.
