Obviously I've lost my desire to record my life on this page. Somehow it seems that there's nothing, from the skies to the earth, that I can blog about. Then... one day Jasper told me that Lim Mee Yoke is CLOSING! *Lightning* *Thunder* *Gasp*

This is Lim Mee Yoke today... My reliable source for cheap nice food!

This is one of the workers that often over-charge. My lunch today was RM7 and I always get RM4.50 from the other guy. *sigh*
It's been rumoured that Mr. Lim Mee Yoke decided to sell his shop to Starbucks...

This could be the Lim Mee Yoke of tomorrow.
Sigh. I guess I'll have to find another place to get lunch.
Anyway, today i was blessed with a camera so I made full use of it...

The album cover for the latest local boyband...

Watch out Backstreet Boys!
My two week break has ended. Two weeks is either too short or too long a break. Too short cause i've not completed my assignments and too long cause not having classes to occupy most of your time will just make you rot at home....then again, that is a good thing! Conclusion, the break is too short.
During those two weeks, the day started at 12pm and bed time is usually 2-3 in the morning. It's like I moved into a different time zone. Anyway, I go out for supper with Jo-lynn and Daphne quite often and also resisted dotA with Alvin, Darren and co. . Not good la guys. Dota is Devil's work! Drains your life and money! But play on Blueserver ok la... :)
I went to Dance Sport Club Swinburne Sarawak Installation Dinner with Jo-lynn. At first I thought there would be lots and lots of people there but turns out there were only around 6 tables of 10 people. Ahbutthen, I found out later that it's the their first ever installation so it's actually quite good to even hold a dinner at some restaurant.
The sleeves of the shirt was too short for me since it's my dad's shirt. So I folded it to hide it and i can't fold it any higher cause...cannot.
Then there was the Planetshakers Concert in Inti.
The lead singer said, "And god said, "Let there be light!" " and their bodies iluminated! .....Okay my camera lousy la..that never happened.
Planetshakers is, i think, a Australian Christian band who are apparantly very famous. Anyway, the venue was too small to accomodate the armies of fans that flooded the place. So stuffy I nearly died.
Anyway, the concert was on Saturday night and on that very night I destroyed a Kenari door. Some idiot parked his Kenari at the other side of the road facing right in front of my gate. I didn't notice the Kenari cause it was dark. Sigh. Sometimes they might as well use paper to make the body parts of our locally produced cars.
First day of class today, nothing much besides falling asleep again during chemistry. Couldn't sleep the night before because it was soo hot! It rained after classes. The rain was light and gentle, gives you a sense that the gods are crying softly. Gloomy.
If I were the rain that binds together the earth and the sky, who in all eternity will never mingle, would I be able to bind the hearts of people together?

We're all lonely for something we don't even know we're lonely for. How else to explain the curious feeling that goes around like missing somebody we've never even met?

Yesterday, thanks to Jaspier I needn't carry all those stuff from my house to Carrefour. Anyway, I got on the KTM and reached KL Sentral in about 45 minutes. And from there i took the KL Transit to KLIA.
At KLIA I made a complete fool of myself, I kicked a button at the escalator and the whole thing stopped and buzzed. I look around and acted like I was just as puzzled as the other 20 people on the stationary escalator. Then I queued at the line lining up for check in at the MAS counters. After like 5 minutes it was finally my turn so I came up to the lady dressed in those kebaya uniforms and showed her my ticket.
"Pergi mana?"
"Kuching."
(Sweat emoticon) "Apa la engkau ni. Ni International Counter!"
So I smiled and faster walked off not turning to check if people were laughing their heads off. I really felt like a lost tourist with all those luggage strapped on me.
So anyway, I was very early so I ate a meal at Mc Donald's even though it was double-priced. Who cares? I'm going HOME! To kill time, I watched Bleach(anime) and I think people were staring at me cause I kept smiling at my laptop screen.
FLIGHT DELAYED!
When that was announced, groans and sighs were heard, you know those noises you get when lecturers give you assignments. So more anime for me and people staring at this oversized kid always laughing to himself.
Got on the plane. For once I understood why people complained bout the food they serve on the plane. When the pilot announced that we were about to land, I looked out the window and saw the familiar landmarks of KUCHING. I actually smiled to myself. It's like being kidnapped and now I am finally released.
Reached home to find my room already cool with the air contioner running! =) Good holiday this I think.
*ok so no mood to type. sorry*
It's 12 am, 0000 hours, on the day which I will return to my kingdom and see those happy, happy faces of my people. I feel both sad and happy that I am actually going home. Weird isn't it? Most people would be so happy they would sleep at 8 in the evening so it would seem like time moved faster. Wait...what am I acually thinking?? I want to be in my lovely room and pamper my skin with the the luxury of air conditioning while I sleep. Actually I really want to go home because of one true reason which I don't intend to type too much about it here. So yeah.
Few hours back, Kin Fong, Tat Chern, Kee Loong and Fiona came over to see me. We squeezed into my room for a few minutes and left for dinner. Our initial dinner location was at somewhere not in Subang but somehow we at Asia Cafe anyway because it was really inconvenient to go here and there (but mainly I think we never really decided on a place). Places here are just too far apart from one another. Anyway I had a interesting time listening to Mandarin conversations with intervals of laughter as I finish my bolognese spaghetti. Even though I understood, like 70%, of what they were talking about, I am delighted that they came and see me before I leave. It just reminds how I am so always blessed with such good friends.
A few hours before that, I packed my stuff which took like probably only 15 minutes. The hard part was cleaning up my room. It's amazing how much dust can be collected in a span of 2 months. Undescribable. I nearly sneezed my nose off.
Either way, when I'll be home tomorrow. Time to turn some pages from the book. Good night.

A Cage.
Whenever we animals in a cage, the first thing that comes to mind would often be things like, "Oh my, look at those poor things stuck in that cage. I wonder if they've ever seen the world before," or "How sad and lonely they must be." It is like a universal fact that cages are metallic, net-like boxes that traps a creature from all the happiness in the world.
Sanctuary
sanc·tu·ar·y (noun)
1: a consecrated place where sacred objects are kept
2: a shelter from danger or hardship
3: area around the altar of a church for the clergy and choir; often enclosed by a lattice or railing
I seek my sacntuary even if it means I would have to cage myself up.
It's easy to draw when you have inspiration...

...and it's all that i've got...
